Once you have submitted the SEL105 forms to the state, how are you going to let everyone know that "these are the people" that the RP meetup / OR4RP endorses?

How we use the list depends on how long it is. We will pick communication technology appropriate to the task.

The Caucus itself is mid-20th century. Elected PCPs caucus in their counties and do so simultaneously. All are connected by telephone to the GOP in Salem.

This means that we must have an overwhelming number present at each county caucus, so we are in control on the ground, and, off the top of my head, have one person present in Salem as a volunteer who is helping at that end with what will be a hectic and enormous task.
