MEETING ADMINISTRATORS - Responsible for 1) writing up meeting agendas and summaries, 2) keeping notes during the meetings, 3) enforcing time limits, and 4) assisting with communication of any important meeting conclusions to the group or specific individuals.

SOCIAL EVENT COORDINATOR - Responsible for planning and coordinating social events; typically involves finding a suitable location, making a reservation, and then notifying the group.

LOCAL CANVASSING TEAMS - Formation of local canvassing teams to canvas local areas on behalf of RP.

RON PAUL THEATER - Ron Paul sells himself with our mobile video-projector unit. Will target locations with heavy pedestrian traffic, where we'll encourage folks to watch the show. Also an opportunity to distribute literature, register people to vote, acquire contact info, etc.

PUBLIC SIGNS - In Vancouver, Meetup members have plastered the town with Ron Paul yard signs placed in public right-of-ways, including some large, billboard-sized signs. We need some folks to initiate and lead a similar effort in the Portland area.

'RON PAUL ON THE MOVE' - Activities in which members are 'on the move' spreading the word about Dr. Paul. Each scheduled event could include an activity (or combination of activities) like the following:
- Campus fliering. Post Ron Paul fliers on campus billboards, etc.
- 'Tax Tip' pamphleteering. Distribute 'Tax Tip' fliers to people in the service industry, such as local restaurants.
- Ron Paul 'Freedom Rides'. Warm-and-cozy winter activity. In these events, group members would deck their cars out in Ron Paul signage and drive through populated areas in town. Could also simply park the cars in high visibility locations. Can also be combined with 'hit-and-run' pamphleteering, and conclude with a late dinner for participants at a local pub or restaurant.

'PAULINATORS' - "Paulinators" are e-mails containing 1-3 YouTubes. Just as a bee goes from flower to flower, each Paulinator is forwarded from computer to computer, and mind to mind. For more information, see

FREE-SPEECH TABLE AT PDX - For no charge, we can set up a table at the Portland Airport. Opportunity to 'Paulinate' not only Portlanders, but travelers from across the country.

COLLEGE CAMPUSES - Looking for college students to 'Paulinate' on college campuses, and coordinate activities between students across Oregon. They could have a page on OR4RP.com, if it would help.

SPEAKERS' BUREAU - A team of speakers to address various audiences on Ron Paul's behalf. For more information, contact Stephanie Ames or Karl Huber. The Lead and Coordinator are responsible for assembling and maintaining a list of organizations that welcome speakers to address their members, as well as assisting speakers in the scheduling of speaking engagements.
